Project Manager: Responsible for the planning/execution of all elements of the customer order fulfillment process acting as sole/primary point of contact for all functional groups & communicating status to the organization. Related duties include overall responsibility of project schedules; establishing clear, documented & agreed upon system specifications; working on plans & action item maintenance; and identifying/committing resources required. Additional duties also include validation/fulfillment of customer specifications; cost management; conducting design reviews of systems; ECO approval/implementation; Regional Marketing; Quality Assurance and other related assignments. Order fulfillment of multi-module and/or cluster tool production of released products; single module beta and production level of released products; ETO upgrades & enhancements and delivery of complex multi-discipline upgrades.
Systems Engineer: Responsible for all technical management of the specific product line. Coordinate direction of all technical aspects of product order fulfillment. Responsible for reviewing order specifications and determining if product can meet specs. (Process, equipment, CoO, Uptime/Reliability etc.). Responsible for Order Amendment implementation. Converts Marketing specifications to Engineering BOM. Identifies and manages design of Engineering To Order (ETO) content. Generate Statements of Work and program plans for various projects such as Field upgrades, BOM conversions, ETO projects. Interface to functional groups for ETO. Track and maintain cost models, Cost of Ownership, uptime and reliability models. The Product line Factory technical interface to the field service and marketing. Generates and schedules QRR and RFA?s. Works with marketing and advanced development on system roadmap and architecture. Ten plus years (10+ yr.) in engineering roles, with 5 years in a Supervision or Managerial role. Experience in managing and leading product lines. Demonstrated ability to evolve products to next generation. Must have proven background in leading a design team of cross-functional engineers in a development of complex designs. Must have demonstrated experience working with marketing and sales on generating Specifications and converting to actual products. Experience in AutoCad preferred. Experience in MS Project a must. Experience with vacuum equipment preferred. B.S.E.E or B.S.M.E preferred. Works with Manufacturing engineers and Project Managers on creation of BOM?s. Provides answers to Technical Specification questions. Engineering Approval of Specifications. Works with Manufacturing on System Test Procedures. Responsible for Engineering part of Beta to Production release of the PLC process. Attends and manages Engineering task of Account Action. Manages Field upgrades of Beta tools. Approves ECO's for Productline. Participates in Tech. Spec Review. Implements Order Amendments. Participate as member of Engineering Staff with the ability to contribute on strategy of the operation.
Manufacturing Engineer Manager: Computer proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and AutoCAD is required. A Bachelor?s degree in IE or ME. Experience in establishing work breakdown structures, maintaining manufacturing documents in an ISO 9000 environment. Establish process flows on new and existing operations, provide process cost analysis, improvement and cost reduction plans.
Establish process metrics and provide SPC analysis on the metrics. Develop training programs.
Production Supervisor: Experience with soldering, PC boards, Harnesses, wire splicing, wire wrapping, working from blue prints, block and wire diagrams, wire run list, and Mechanical Assembly. Good Leader, assist operations with job assignments, insure correct work instructions are being followed, review work daily, and track inventory.
Electromechanical Assemblers (1): Experience in precision electromechanical assembly in high volume production environment, good dexterity, able to follow work instructions and have a knowledge of standard manufacturing tools.
MIC Technicians (5): Must have the ability to test, tune and debug MIC assemblies at the substrate and unit levels. Familiarity with microwave test techniques and equipment a must.
Microwave Engineer (5): Support Microwave and MM Wave Sources department with building research, designing developing and troubleshooting, existing and new MW and MMW Oscillator Components such as VCO?s, DRO?s Phase Locked Sources for Hi REL and Space applications. Prior related experience in and a strong understanding of Microwave theory and RF and Microwave circuitry. Understanding analog and digital circuitry is required. Familiarity with concepts of Oscillator measurements, such as noise, Spurious Stability and analysis of data collection. Knowledge of design of MIC, surface mount and thru hole insertion microelectronic devices. Experience with design software AUTOCAD, Eagle ware preferable. B.S. or M.S required.
Reliability Engineer: Experienced in engineering analyses of high-reliability electronic equipment for spacecraft applications.Tasks include reliability predication, FMECA, circuit analysis, electrical stress and thermal de-rating, worst-case analysis. Knowledge of hi reliability component requirements, and radiation effects on spacecraft electronics. Understanding of RF circuits and DC/DC converters. Have writing and documentation skills and must be proficient in the use of computer tool to independently produce written reports. MS Word, Excel, SPICE computerized reliability prediction, BSEE required
Electronic Tech: Properly operate, utilize test equipment: Power Meter and other test equipment as assigned. Experience working with industry-specific hand tools and instruments. Network analysis and SPC analysis. Trouble shoot 2 component level. 1+ years working in the electronics field. Associates Degree.

Senior RF/ Analog Technician Rubidium
QA Inspector: Must Have 2 years electronic test experience. Have the ability to interface with customers, computer skills, working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000. Have the ability to interpret contractual requirements and perform data review.
Microwave Techs: Align/Tune/ Test MW & RF Circuits and Subsystems. Trouble shoot parts up to board and component level. Work with oscillator and Phase lock loops. Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering. Be able to read drawings, layouts, flow charts etc. Able to work under a microscope.
RF Technician: Test and Troubleshoot RF/Analog Circuitry. 5 or more years experience. Must have good theory base and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office. Associate degree or equivalent.
Senior Physicist: Research/Development. Experience with atomic frequency standards.Strong
background in diode lasers, VICSEL?s and pumping physics is expected. Experience in analog/digital
circuit design and /or testing from DC to 100 MHz is a very strong plus. Education: MS in Physics, min 2
years experience with analog/digital circuits design/testing.
Wire/Solder Assemblers (1) PT Evening: Must be able to read assembly prints, work with surface mount components, read and follow work instructions and procedures. Knowledge of NASA STD 8739.
Sr. Mechanical Designer: Sr. Electro-mechanical designer with experience with Auto Desk, Inventor, and Rev 10 Software. 10 years experience.
Production Control Planner: Command of ERP type software application. Mastery in use of Microsoft Office Products. Experience with Production Control Techniques.

Quality Assurance Manager: B.S./B.E. Engineering. Approximately 10 years in a MFG. environment or equivalent. Proven experience in successfully managing improvement teams to reach goals using improvement tools and skilled leadership. Hands on experience in executing and managing lean enterprise, SPC, root cause analysis and corrective action teams.
Power Electronics Engineer: The candidate must be technically proficient in the following areas:
Power conversion topologies - full bridge, half bridge, forward, buck, and boost. Power levels from Watts to Kilowatts. Device characteristics of power electronics switching elements - Power FETs, IGBTs, diodes, PWM control ICs, op-amps, comparators and other linear devices. Magnetics design ? Power and pulse transformers, input and output inductors. Analysis and design of PWM closed loop control systems. EMC design techniques. Digital design techniques. Thermal analysis. Schematic and Netlist creation using CAD schematic capture tools. High frequency PCB layout techniques. PCB Designer: 5 years experience in Printed Circuit Board Design and layout. Experience in the design of single board, multi-board, multi layer and power electronics PCBs. Experience with PADS and AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of critical layout and component placement requirements in analog and power conversion circuitry. Prepare and modify PC design layouts, revisions or CAD library symbols from electrical inputs, existing hardware or engineering lab models, received from both mechanical and electrical engineering. Ability to perform simple or advanced thermal analysis of power semiconductor junction temperatures is a plus.
System Administrator/Software Engineer: Maintain 100 workstation network running Windows 2000. PC hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, installation and training. Maintain servers:
Linux based file, intranet, applications and backup servers, Windows Server 2003 for mail and time / attendance applications. Develop and maintain in house database / applications in Perl / PHP and MySQL. Maintain Internet and intranet websites. Embedded development, using Microchip PIC MCU, and Freescale uP. Knowledge and experience with analog and digital hardware circuit design and debugging with interfacing to power electronics a plus.National Instruments LabVIEW systems development and hardware interfacing.
Electronic Test Engineer: Digital/Analog, ICT experience helpful.
SATCOM Engineer: You will perform original analysis, and design through completion, of SATCOM earth terminals and related hardware, components and parts in accordance with specifications covering C, X, Ku, Ka frequency bands. You will evaluate and debug SATCOM earth terminals and related hardware and components ? baseband, IF and RF. You will develop test programs for product evaluation and participate in conducting tests. You will produce documentation for new products and check the accuracy of technical documentation. You should have a BSEE (or the equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience with SATCOM earth terminal and related network, hardware and component design and development. You must have experience with RF measurements to Ka band and be very familiar with associated test equipment. You must understand and be able to perform the necessary analysis and mathematical computations related to this work. You must be able to review, evaluate and produce verbal and written responses to customer requirements, documents, and requests for proposals. You should be able to exchange information and interface clearly, concisely and effectively with employees and customers both verbally and in writing. You should be able to work independently and in a team environment, and be proficient a with Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge or experience with IP-based equipment and networking is a significant plus.
