Description of Work:
- Create, develop and maintain process data and procedures, analysis, and database maintenance for process activities.
- Operate and attend process technical reviews and meetings, generating review/meeting actions and processing support records.
- Develop and support CAD Model-based Engineering process, model-based procurement, and product data management systems.
- Develop and manage department reports, creating metrics and program follow-up.
- Use Microsoft Office applications as well as other unique software applications to support efforts as required.
- Prepare presentation material as required.


Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience in Process Engineering, Model-based design, Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen experience preferred.
Experience with Integrated Product Development Team environment desired.
Experience with military data processing and terminology preferred.
Strong PC/database skills - PC (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, Internet Explorer) and database (Access or Oracle) required.
Experience with CMMI and ISO procedures and requirements desired.
Must possess strong written/verbal communication skills.
Must be willing to work overtime on occasion and during peak periods. This may include shift changes when necessary to meet job demands.
Must be able to obtain security clearance.
Occasional travel required.
