Engineering Services Training Manager 20694

Job Description: Research and analyze global Regulatory Training needs for the Engineering Services line of business. Coordinate training, development and implementation of programs. Establish metrics and goals to measure and evaluate effectiveness of training. Work with clients to evaluate conditions affecting Safety and Regulatory compliance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

High school degree or equivalent

Proven experience with training methods and continuous improvement processes

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Engineering Services line of business

Demonstrated proficiency with Safety and Regulatory Training requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in the Disney Development Connection - Learning Management System

Demonstrated strong partnering skills

Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Demonstrated strong project management, strategic thinking and planning skills

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as facilitation and presentation skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience and strong understanding of systematic training principles and methodologies

Proven knowledge of Walt Disney World policies and procedures

Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills

Demonstrated strong negotiating and influencing abilities
