Engineering Team Leader

Engineering team lead for Naval Hawk platform. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to assume a technical leadership role including engineering project management, cross-functional team leadership and external customer interface for program upgrades and status.

Minimum B.S. in Engineering required. M.S. in Engineering strongly desired. Advanced degrees in Technical Management or Business a plus.

Candidates must have strong leadership skills, good technical problem-solving ability, and good interpersonal skills, be comfortable operating in a process improvement and earned value environment and be a self starter.

5+ years rotorcraft engineering experience
2-5 years system engineering and project lead experience preferred.


Occasional travel to Patuxent River NAS
