Engineering and Customer Applications Manager - Rohnert Park

Apply your engineering management experience to lead the Customer Applications development group. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead technical product management and projects, and improve development cycle time. Responsibilities include oversight of the entire development process from customer requirements to product introduction.

Qualified candidates will have an engineering degree and ten years progressive work experience in engineering, with five of those years in a management or supervisory role. Previous OEM product development experience working directly with customers in a manufacturing environment is preferred.  Must have the ability to work effectively with individuals across all functions of the company and with customers to understand their specifications.
