Engineers, Industrial, Mechanical and Electrical

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER:  Northtown manufacturing company looking for an entry level Industrial Engineer. This position will be a hands on - working "on the floor" position. Must have experience in Process and Procedures, Labor vs. Job cost comparisons and Efficiency Actuals to Standards.

 

 

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEER: Experience in mechanical design of automation equipment. Must be able to assist in: concept development, estimating and proposal development, vendor evaluations, customer presentations, schedule/budget adherance, manufacturing support, equipment debug and installation support.  MUST posess a BSME in Mechanical Enginerring and a solid work history in design of automated machinery.  Knowledge of machine components, geometric tolerances, machining/fabrication processes, machine controls, FEA and AutoCAD/3D. Experience with pressure vessels (ASME/Code Calculations) is beneficial.

 

 

 

 

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:  with a minimum of 4 years experience in electrical design and development of automation equipment.  The person would assist in concept development, pricing, vendor evaluations, customer presentations, electrical design, programming, debug and installation of automation equipment.  The successful candidate must possess a BSEE or BTEE, and be experienced in PLC programming, motion control, operator interface, spreadsheet and word-processing.  Machine vision, AutoCAD and Visual Basic experience would be a plus.  Good communication skills are needed for conveying design specification, process details and control strategies to potential clients. Travel required.
