Capgemini is seeking an Enterprise Systems Management Strategist. The role and responsibilities for this individual will be to provide guidance and specific business and/or technical thought leadership in support of transforming systems management and operations within the IM delivery organization. The Strategist will have an overall responsibility for improving service and reducing cost by leveraging existing enterprise tools and resources (e.g. Tivoli, OpenView, EARS, RAM, etc?) across the data and service delivery organizations. This will include a focused attention on creating common Incident & Problem Analysis and Release Management processes and procedures.

Minimum 7 years experience in infrastructure support

Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related field of study or a
Bachelor?s degree in a non-technical field combined with relevant and sufficient experience

Strong NT and UNIX OS skills

Server build experience

Experience with Tivoli and product understanding

Experience with OpenView and product understanding

Experience with systems management and operations

The ability to travel and work freely within Canada and the US

Related certifications in Architecture and/or Project Management an asset
