Entry Level - Repair Process Engineer

CITY: San Jose STATE: California COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
*This entry level engineer will develop, design and provide engineering support for welding, machining and related repair processes for use during maintenace outage service projects at BWR and PWR nuclear Plants.
*Develop, quality and test repair processes in support of maintenance outage service projects at BWR and PWR nuclear plants.
*Integrate tooling, machine and equipment requirements with material and process requirements.
*Generate and prepare engineering documents such as design and process specifications, installation and operation procedures, and reports.
*Perform independent verification of designs and participate in design review meetings.
*Assist and provide leadership in the fabrication and outsourcing support processess.
*Develop concepts and designs for new product development projects.
*Support field delivery needs and customer interface as necessary.


Qualifications/Requirements:
*BS degree in welding, mechanical or materials engineering.
*Mechanical aptitude and knowledgable in the design of welding, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and/or electro-mechanical systems.
*Demostrated communication and team interaction skills
