Environmental Engineer - 11110

We have been helping our clients solve their most difficult and diverse engineering and environmental challenges for over 25 years. With over 550 employees in eighteen offices in the United States and two international locations, we currently have an opportunity for an Environmental Engineer in our Austin office.

The Position - The position will entail preparing work plans and proposals, performing calculations and engineering evaluations, performing field tests, interpreting data, presenting date, and preparing conceptual designs, detailed designs and reports. The qualified candidate will interact with clients, vendors and subcontractors as well as other employees in both management and subcontractor roles.

Requirements - The candidate will have 4-5 years of related environmental engineering experience and a minimum of a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Candidate should possess excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to work with engineering and CADD support to accomplish project objectives. Candidate should possess solid technical skills and have experience in civil engineering software such as hydrology, hydraulics, elementary structural design, site work (grading and some road layout, knowledge of InRoads by Bently is a plus). Must have a valid drivers license and be capable of performing site visits. Must be willing to become 40-hour health and safety trained.
