Project Manager, Harrisburg, PA


The Environmental Project Manager possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis, P.E. licensure, and 5-plus years project experience involving the design of water distribution and treatment systems; wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes; hydraulics; on lot systems; and environmental assessments. The Environmental Project Manager has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and is familiar with computer modeling of water systems, hydraulic design software, and PA DEP regulations. The Environmental Project Manager is experienced with client relations, proposal preparation, project budgeting and public presentations. Previous marketing experience is a plus. The Environmental Project Manager is a leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills. This position requires travel to job sites, meetings, and regional offices. The Environmental Project Manager has the legal right to work in the U.S.

Construction Services Technician, Harrisburg, PA

 

The Construction Services Technician has at least five years of experience in all areas of office and administrative support for construction administration.  Prior experience with coordination and assembly of Project Manuals for bidding is preferred, as well as required documentation after bidding of environmental construction projects.  The Construction Services Technician must have strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with industry standard (EJCDC helpful) construction forms, agreements, and their use. Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office Suite a must.  Valid PA driver?s license is required for minimal travel to job sites, regional offices, and client meetings.  The Construction Services Technician has the legal right to accept permanent employment in the U.S
