Environmental Project Engineer

Our Richmond, VA engineering group is looking for an Environmental Project Engineer to join our team. This position will provide remediation design and project managerial responsibilities, as well as field inspection, review, and engineering support. Applicant should have the following remediation experience: 1) Groundwater and soil remediation, including contaminant assessment and delineation; evaluation and selection of remedial technologies; treatment system process design; control and instrumentation specification; engineering reports, plans, and technical specifications for ground water, soil, air, and waste water remediation projects.
2) Construction Project Management - Develop and track schedules, prepare invoices and control budgets, supervise and coordinate subcontractors, conduct field monitoring and inspection. Provide startup and debugging of treatment system components, controls, and instrumentation. Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, perform training and ongoing supervision for system operators. 3) Operation and maintenance of groundwater treatment systems preferred. 4) Environmental consulting also preferred.

Requirements:

CAD drawing and project scheduling preferred. BS in Engineering Civil or Environmental and EIT preferred.
