Position:  Equipment Maintenance and Process Technician

Responsibilities:

?  Responsible for the upkeep of a variety of analytical, metrology and process equipment in the cleanroom and chemistry laboratory.

?  Conduct daily and weekly qualifications of all equipment, maintaining SPC charts, conduct minor repairs, and execute periodic maintenance.

?  Interface with the facilities group during tool installations and vendor companies during tool down situations.

?  Contribute to new process development by assisting the staff with chemical solution mixing for wafer processing and routine sample preparation and analysis.

?  Maintain inventories of process chemicals, lab supplies and cleanroom consumables and replenishing stocks when needed.

?  Responsible for the transfer liquid nitrogen to chemistry laboratory; disposal of hazardous chemical waste; measurement of cleanroom particle counts.

?  Ensure all chemicals are stored in accordance with the safety manual and safety requirements.

 

Qualifications:

?  Operation and maintenance of analytical and process equipment in cleanroom and chemistry laboratory.

?  Chemical solution preparation and analysis.

?  Maintenance of chemical and lab supplies inventory.

?  Hazardous chemical waste disposal and upkeep of chemical storage areas.

?  Excellent communication, organization, documentation skills.

?  Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as needed.
