Estimator - Project Controls

Project Controls! Senior Estimators! An experienced Project Estimator is needed for our petrochemical facility.
Responsibilities and experienced are required in the following areas:
# Creating estimates from conceptual and final layouts, designs and general arrangements for multi-discipline projects
# Performing estimating calculations of each discipline estimate for projects
# Communicating & coordinating estimates with the requestor while mentoring less experienced estimators
# Visiting of job sites to determine and verify scope, check congested areas for rig and work accessibility, etc
# Preparing reports and recommendations on estimating approaches to be utilized

Your qualified resume must reflect your experience in the understanding of manual drafting and field sketching; the advanced use of Icarus estimating tool; the use of estimating books and methods to organize estimating data; advanced competency in the knowledge and experience with design codes, specifications, and standards; advanced competency in the technical skills to estimate in each discipline including complex calculations; advanced knowledge in field construction practices.
