Under broad direction, you will be responsible for facilitating process improvement
across ESG manufacturing operations. You will establish analytical approaches and apply proven structured process improvement techniques in support of manufacturing operations and key external suppliers. You will also develop recommendations and lead efforts for establishing and sustaining improvement processes as well as facilitate transfer of best practices and continuous improvement processes and practices. You will lead teams as needed to address specific issues and maintain awareness of industry trends and advances in management and systems. In addition you will evaluate the effectiveness of systems, infrastructures and management processes. Job tasks correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.

An undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field or related work experience and 3 - 5 years experience in a manufacturing/quality environment are required. Lean/Six Sigma experience is preferred.
