Fab 1 RDA Engineer

As an RDA (real-time defect analysis) Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for evaluating data generated by RDA inspections, identifying and reducing defects, analyzing data, and reporting defect issues to RDA team members and managers. In this position, you will work on specific projects using data analysis tools, organize partition studies and experiments, and implement solutions to achieve improved yields. You will be working on shift assisting other areas to analyze RDA data and help source defect types and implement defect reduction strategies.

Understanding of basic statistics is strongly preferred.
