Fab 2 CMP Engineering Trainer

As CMP Engineering Trainer you will be responsible for facilitating and performing area training.  In this position, you will coordinate the creation and auditing of all area documentation. You will also determine the root cause for training related excursions and Quality issues, develop and track metrics that expose weaknesses in area training and work practices; collaborate with the Engineering Training Coordinator and other area Trainers to develop and define Fab engineering core certifications; and work with new employees to train them on area specific baseline certifications. Additionally, you will be required to meet weekly with shift trainers to promote the highest level of consistency across all four shifts; facilitate training on new part types when they are introduced to the Fab; and develop training that explains the process and how it relates to inline monitors and metrics. 



B.S. Engineering Degree with 6 months semiconductor experience as an Engineer or have held a semiconductor engineering position for 6 months.  Excellent verbal and written communication.  Good troubleshooting skills.  Demonstrates company values of Integrity, Execution, Teamwork, and Commitment.


 


**Initial training will be conducted in Manassas, Virginia. Position will be located in Lehi, Utah.*
