Fab 2 CMP Shift Technician
As a CMP Shift Technician at IM Flash Technologies you will work as part of a sustaining engineering team to improve area efficiency, cycle time and quality. You will communicate and coordinate with various engineering, production and support groups to address production quality and equipment availability issues. You will participate in process and equipment continuous improvement efforts with engineering and production, prioritize work to improve area efficiency, monitor SPC charts, and follow up with actions to improve quality of product. You will perform preventitive and corrective maintenance on CMP equipment.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to demonstrate good troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrates company values of integrity, execution, teamwork, and commitment.
Required Education:
AAS in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology or BS Electronics Engineering Technology, or equivalent military experience. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
**Initial training will be conducted in Manassas, Virginia. Position will be located in Lehi, Utah.**
