Position Description: 

Perform Facilities Operation/Facilities Maintenance & Construction for a large manufacturing facility.  Opportunity to utilize programming and troubleshooting skills, make recommendations and interface with many types of people.

 

Responsibilities Include:

? Provide facilities engineering services for commercial HVAC maintenance

? Provide programming and troubleshooting support for building 273 DDC Control Systems.

? Perform indoor air quality and energy efficiency analysis of existing systems for cost savings.

? Monitor and perform diagnostics on a variety of HVAC equipment and control systems.

? Work with facilities maintenance team to troubleshoot system performance issues and PM implementation.

? Conduct system evaluations and make recommendations.

? Perform landlord duties for assigned buildings on site to include coordination of all employee relocations, workspace rearrangements, work order tracking and implementation assurance and contractor oversight for small building related projects.

 

Required skills:

? Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology? 

? Three years experience in facilities maintenance.

? Good communication skills

? Computer Skills in Word, Excel, Power Point

 

Desired Skills:

? Experience with Honeywell XL5000 and Excel Plus Building Control Systems.

? Factory trained for use of Honeywell Care 4.0 Programming Tool

? Nice level 2 (or greater) certified

? Proficient in use of MAXIMO MRO Software (Maintenance Tracking System).

? Working Knowledge of AutoCad or Similar CAD package.

 

Length-12-18 month contract

Rate: $25.00-$40.00
