Facilities Manager-perm in New Jersey-Real Estate

Engineering firm located in Oradell, NJ that is seeking a Manager of Corporate Services for permanent assignment  - relocation offered..  This individual implements and directs all headquarters and project office corporate services, which includes facility management, purchasing, physical security, telecommunications, records retention, leases of real property and real estate services for engineering companies.  The selected individual will be responsible for coordinating the activities of department staff members. Reviews all procedures and practices related to maintenance, space planning, document retention, telecommunications administration, corporate travel, relocations, cafeteria operations and physical security.  This individual also performs or directs facility space analysis and planning, develops recommendations for acquisition and/or lease of real property and negotiates lease agreements.  Qualified individuals must have a BA or BS degree combined with a minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate facilities and real estate management, security, telecommunications and procurement functions with a minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity.

Salary $90k - $110k
