Job Duties

  *  Investigate and determine the root cause and origin of building, equipment and foundation

failure, construction defects and water damage

 *Assignments will involve hands on and on site assessments

*  Prepare comprehensive documented written and oral reports

*  When necessary act as an expert witness to assist in the resolution of legal issues

 

Job Requirments

*  BS Civil or Structural Engineering degree; a graduate degree is preferred 

*  P.E. license in CA

  *  An inquisitive personality

  *  Strong written and oral communications skills

  *  A clean credit and personal history
