Job Description

The individual in this position will ensure fast corrective improvement actions for products upon product launch. You will be the link between Parnership workshops and quality teams. We need an individual that has the skills to facilitate and chair quality teams with data and product evidence to support quality improvement during the production period. You will need to generate the process of fast failure identification ad formalize the learnings for new developments.

The key areas of responsibility include:
-Set up partnership relationships with selected workshops
-Visit partners on monthly basis to support feedback loop of speed and data quality.
-Setup and manage selected feedback loops.

-Monitor field/customer returns and provide data for failure analysis to appropriate business teams

-Manage return flow of defective material

-Manage communication flow with Back-offices

-Compile data from all available sources (P3C/GCC, data collection system, internet feedback, survey form, etc.) and issue timely reports.

-Conduct market survey on customer satisfaction of product serviceability, service package and scenario.

-Coordinates timely corrective/preventive action responses.

Requirements

Education and Experience:
-Bachelor of science (statistical, technical or technology preferred) or equivalent experience

-Experience with the design and manufacturing processes (electrincal/mechanical) experience with television equipment preferred.

-Must have proven experience with problem definitions and the ability to problem solve with a strong drive to achieve results.

-Operational effectiveness--effective in unstructured situations with large workload, dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously

-Experience with product testing, data collection, compilation, analysis and reporting.

Other skills:
-Strong consumer focus

-Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly with multi-customer basis.

-Speak fluent English.

-Familiar with Philips regional service, global development and industry organization and procedures.

Other Requirements:
-Traveling time 60-70%.

-Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:
-Lifting requirements ?50-75 lb televisions as required and joint lifting for larger products
