Terracon has the following opportunity available:

Job Title: Field Assessor (Facilities)

Responsibilities:
This position requires basic technical understanding of assessing facility components, cost estimating experience, and experience in evaluating/analyzing provided data. Detail, procedure, and documentation oriented.

Minimum Education and Experience:
BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Certification appropriate to assessing existing facilities.

3 years experience managing and conducting property condition assessments.

Additional Experience or Skills:
A working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; analytical and problem solving ability; demonstrated written and verbal communications skills; detail, procedure, and documentation oriented. A valid driver's license is required.
