Field Operations Manager (116718-560)

Responsible for managing and directing the activities and schedules of the field technicians and field engineers in the timely installation of digital operating rooms. Responsible for providing technical service to customers in troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues. Schedules appropriate training and implements changes in the A/V systems.

1 Liaising with Implementation Manager and Project Managers, schedule all US installations, training and service activities to meet customer deadlines and project plans.

2 Manages and directs field technicians by assigning work and priorities

3 Maintains an effective organization by selecting, cross training, developing and motivating staff to fulfill responsibilities and achieve objectives.
4 Keeps management informed of difficult situations with customers as they arise.

5. Develop new policies and procedures to improve productivity. Assures staff adheres to Company and Departmental policies and procedures.




Requiremetns: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent A/V technical experience 3-5 years demonstrated supervisory experience in the technical field or equivalent Demonstrated leadership skills Additional training in related areas is strongly preferred 25% US travel
