Job Description

We are looking for new college graduates to train on the core Philips' X-Ray, MRI, and CT Imaging equipment. After the one year training program, which is both classroom and On-The-Job training, you will provide world-class service at various hospitals & clinics in the United States and Canada. You will perform preventative maintenance, service, and repair on core Philips imaging products It will be your responsibility to maintain excellent customer relationships through effective customer service, timely and efficient installations, service, and maintenance. You will also diagnose and resolve networking problems, close calls, return inventory, provide FCO and PM documentation, etc. In addition, you will be expected to help support the Philips business through the overall promotion of Philips services.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline. Experience servicing electronic equipment or another DI modality in the military/school a plus. Additional knowledge of telecommunication systems, as well as a familiarity with DICOM protocols and computer networking is also a plus as are any network certifications such as A+ or Net+. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills on a daily basis. You may be required to be available 24 x 7 via phone or pager and rotate on an on-call status. You must possess a valid driver's license and hold a good driving record. You must be capable of carrying or pulling test equipment from a company vehicle to and from the hospital or clinic.
