We are seeking an individual to be responsible for contract sales and required administrative duties.  Fast paced environment where the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects is a must.  Excellent problem solving, communications, and organizational skills are mandatory.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.  Extensive telephone interface with customers and other engineers requires confident phone communication.  Customer satisfaction and problem solving skills are essential for this job.
 
With minimum supervision, be able to schedule and perform the installation, operation, repair and modification of equipment within assigned areas of responsibility, perform periodic maintenance in accordance with contractual agreement.  Maintains records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Must have knowledge and ability to operate basic test equipment (o-scope, DVM) and Computer skills and knowledge of word processing and spread sheet applications a must.



A minimum of a High School diploma is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Field Service environment preferably in the Electronics or Biomedical industry is required. An Associate degree or equivalent certification in one of the following disciplines Electronics Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Engineering is also preferred. Sales experience is a plus for this position. The incumbent will need to have the ability to work flexible hours (weekends, holidays, etc). This position will require the individual to have the ability to travel and will be up to approximately 75%. An added plus would be any Field Service experience especially in the medical device business.
