Job Description:  

 

The RF Filter / Receiver Engineer will design, simulate, breadboard, and debug voltage controlled, high frequency tunable filters and phase shifters for both commercial and government applications by using the company?s patented Parascan Tunable Capacitor technology.

 

Responsibilities:

 Design RF tunable filters using Paratek?s patented tunable capacitor technology.Provide support in the design and manufacture of Tunable Capacitor concepts.Provide technical interface to technician associates in prototype and manufacture of own designs.Normal and customary documentation for designs.Ensure designs meet schedules, manufacturing, test, and cost requirements.Ability to create documentation and generate own schematics.Creates documentation for total design package and signoff.  This includes all schematics, test plans, and reports.Design for manufacturing (DFM) experienceAbility to work in parallel on numerous tasks.



Education Requirements:

 BSEE

 

Citizenship requirements: 

 

US Citizen, Green Card or Permanent Resident.

 

Job Requirements: 5-7 years experience with the following:

 Experience RF filter design in e low band, VHF, UHF and Microwave frequencies. Experience in RF Filter simulation tools. Specific experience with Ansoft or Eagleware simulation SW highly preferred.

 

Desirable Experience:

 Experience with RF phase shifters desirable.Experience with Delay lines is desirable.Understanding of capacitor structure desirable
