Brief Overview:

The position requires a self-motivated individual whose main responsibility is designing and developing firmware for embedded products. This individual should have a team player attitude and the ability to multitask. They should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Essential Job Functions:

? Design and develop C/C++ firmware for embedded products.

? Manage assigned tasks and schedules.

? Strong desire to complete tasks on schedule.

? Work with team of engineers to bring products to the control industry.

? Maintain and support existing products.

 

Requirements:

? Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering

? 2-4+ years of C/C++ programming experience with embedded systems.

? 2+ years of application development experience in Linux or VxWorks required.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Excellent organizational skills.

? Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deadlines.

? Experience with graphics buffers and on-screen graphic rendering desired.

? Experience with Altera NIOS desired.
