Architect Determine the cause and origin of construction defects and assist client in their resolution.  Industrial- Commercial and Residential design skills including knowledge of waterproofing issues, interior and exterior finishes.  Ability to identify standard of care on Architectural Construction Issues.  Code Review to address issues such as, egress standards, ADA requirements, and slip/fall hazards.Architectural or Engineering/Architectural BS. 15 years plus.  Registered/ Licensed Architect in IL and/or surrounding states.  Ability to testify on legal matters in Architecture.  Knowledge of construction defect litigation support  a plus.
