Engineering Manager We are seeking a senior Engineering Manager with for a world-class glass facility. The primary accountability of this position is to drive process and operational improvement of plant operations. The individual will manages quality assurance, plant engineering, and maintenance units engaged in continuous improvement programs and projects directed at process improvement, higher efficiencies, cost reduction, and overall improvement of plant operations.

This position requires a degree in Engineering with a minimum of ten years experience in glass manufacturing. The incumbent must be thoroughly familiar with Lean Sigma.
