Requirements and Competencies

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
* Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing or automated production environment
* Technical and problem-solving skills including experience with PLC controls
* Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
* Team orientation, comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change
* Ability to cross-functionally move between departments, divisions, and subsidiaries
* Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends
* Willing to transfer to ANY of Anheuser Busch's twelve (US) breweries

Primary Responsibilities

* Oversee the safe, timely, and cost effective execution of maintenance activities in a fast paced environment working with planners, technicians, and customers
* Supervise production workforce (operators and maintenance technicians)
* Monitor all critical process control points to ensure consistency and the quality of all products
* Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance work
* Develop and monitor critical control points, beer movement, and production plans to maintain quality and accomplish current and future schedules
* Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safe working practices
