Senior Civil/Water Resources Engineer

Responsibilities
Project management, water resources design and technical analysis, client development/marketing, technical and proposal writing
Manage, lead, review and market water supply, drainage, stormwater utility, and other water resource projects
Management of engineering/drafting group
Leadership role in working with staff and clients in a team environment


Knowledge & Qualifications
Colorado PE
10+ years experience in a broad range of the water resources market including water supply, stormwater quantity and quality analysis, hydraulic and surface water modelling, stormwater drainage design, municipal stormwater utilities, and watershed planning & management
Municipal stormwater master planning, management, services and regulation experience
Surface water modelling with low-flow hydrology, HEC-1, HEC-HMS, HEC-2, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD/GIS and Visual Basic experience are a plus
Experience managing engineering staff
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
