H System Platform Leader-Revised

CITY: Schenectady STATE: New York COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The H System Product Line Leader will develop & execute a multi-generation product strategy and NPI product plans working with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Quality, and Marketing to deliver programs that will drive growth and profitability. This person will be the owner of the say/do metrics.

Essential Functions
- Participate in the development & implementation of marketing concepts, cost/pricing strategies, budget & plans.
- Ensure products & proposals are competitive by assessing competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Assure all functions are integrated to fulfill TEPCO 9H and Inland Empire 7H projects.
- Lead the services strategy for the H Product Line.
- Lead strategic planning sessions for H System. Establish & track related metrics.
- Internal & external spokesperson for H System. Assist with development of promotional literature required to promote, sell, & support the product line.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, engineering, or commercial operations.
- Strong technical & commercial background in Power Generation product line.
- Experience in a program management role.
