HVAC Technician Stationary Operating Engineer
OneSource Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a HVAC Technician for a multi-building complex in San Diego, CA. Position will work closely with the Chief Engineer to support daily service operations, interact with customers, troubleshoot, maintain and repair a variety of equipment.
The candidate must possess at least three (3) years experience with facilities operations and maintenance. Must have the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings. A high skill level in troubleshooting complex HVAC controls, energy management systems, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and security control problems is desired. A thorough knowledge of LonWorks and knowledge of engineering or other relevant technical education is preferred. Applicant must be able to pass a criminal history background check and drug test. Experience dealing with government entities, judicial and law enforcement agencies is desirable.
