We are seeking candidates for the position of Hardware/Firmware Engineer. The job entails working closely with internal and external Engineers to develop and test a Variety of PC based electronics and peripherals. Our ideal candidate will be self motivated and work independently to support the needs of our customers.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

-A BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related degree

  with relevant experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communications

- 2year professional experience with C/C++
- 2year professional experience with firmware for any MCU
- 2year professional experience with digital circuit design

 

Preferable Qualifications

- Experience in electronics debugging
- Experience with analog circuit design
- Experience with object oriented programming
- Experience with protocols such as USB and I2C
- Experience with firmware design for FPGAs, PIC processors or the 8051 and its

  derivatives

- Experience with low power RF designs in the 27 MHz to 2.4 GHz spectrum.
- Self motivated
- Ability to interface with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with little guidance
