Housekeeping Operations Manager- Healthcare - Baltimore, MD

As a Housekeeping Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management of all housekeeping operations in University of Maryland Medical Center, a 760 bed acute care hospital. You will have responsibility for managing 1 to 2 assistant mangers, staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, ordering supplies, labor relations and developing an hourly staff in addition to handling customer and client requests as they pertain to your department.


Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services. Previous experience managing union employees in a healthcare environment preferred but hospitality candidates will be considered. Candidates must have experience in the housekeeping field.  Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications required. Contract-managed service experience is desirable.  We require that all ARAMARK Healthcare employees have a completed background check and drug screen on file.
