Hydrogeologist

Responsibilities will include assisting senior hydrogeology staff in carrying out municipal water supply projects, and to a lesser extent, wastewater projects. Successful candidate should expect to spend about half the time in the field and half the time in the office. Travel in eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine expected.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred, in geology, engineering or science, a strong interest in groundwater supply, and at least 2 years professional experience required. Experience should include some of the following: well installation, soil and bedrock logging, GIS, AutoCad, Excel, Word, groundwater modeling software, aquifer pumping tests, glacial geology, water-quality sampling, field exploration techniques, and a variety of electronic data collection equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed. This is an excellent opportunity for growth to project management for ideal candidate.
