Full-time
BS in Civil Engineer, MS preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in stormwater drainage design and modeling.

Job Description :
Responsibilities include analysis and design of riverine and stormwater systems, site drainage, inlets, storm sewers, open channels, culverts, and detention ponds. Proficient in GIS based Hydrology and hydraulic modeling, preferable HEC-GeoHMS and HEC-GeoRAS to determine runoff hydrographs, routing parameters, model coefficient, determination of hydraulic grade lines in open channels, pipes, culvers and ponds and floodplain mapping. Determination of the effect of bridges, culverts, and other structures in the Base Flood Elevation. Knowledge of floodplain management and FEMA standards and procedures, including LOMRS and CLOMRS submittals. Experience in Arcview, ArcHydro and other computer aided modeling software. Proficient in computers and database management.
