I&C Engineer 2

Position Summary:  Perform routine Instrument and Control Systems basic design and Engineering Functions.  Some experience in Instrument Control Valve/Control System Engineering, Design, Procurement, Installation or Comissioning.  PC skills, specifically MicroSoft Office products and data base aptitude a must.  CAD skills a plus, especially Microstation and Intools.   5-10yrs experience process plant experience. Some supervision experience a plus.





 


Requirements:  Graduate of an accredited university.  EIT a plus and must plan on a P.E. Licence.  Major: Engineering Elec, Controls, General, Indust. Tech.  Prefer power as a career.  3-10 years related power or process experience.  Relocation to other offices could be involved.  Must be familiar with industry codes and standards. Some field work can be expected.  Overseas assignments possible.  Working in a remote workshare environment especially with and overseas High Value Engineering Center is expected.





 


Job Condition/Envirornment:  Office environment with intermittent plant field engineering environment. Workload will demand adherence to schedule and budget sometimes requiring overtime. Field environment will include performing in a construction or operating plant environment. Safety is a primary obligation.
