A senior level I&T Manager to lead the integration & test activities for a GSFC in-house spaceflight instrument for earth science applications. As a member of the engineering services team, the candidate must be capable of working with the Instrument Manager, other members of the project management team, the instrument systems engineer, and members of the instrument engineering team in the development and implementation of a comprehensive, cost-effective, requirements-compliant test program that maximizes the flexibility of component and subsystem deliveries for integration to the flight instrument, while meeting flight instrument technical requirements and delivery schedule commitments. The individual must posses senior level I&T leadership experience with spaceflight systems and a broad knowledge over the wide range of job responsibilities associated with the successful integration and testing of spaceflight scientific instruments. The individual must have experience presenting at various spaceflight project reviews, such as Critical Design Reviews, PreEnvironmental Reviews, PreShip Reviews, technical status reviews and peer reviews. The individual must have the demonstrated ability to lead a team of government and non-government engineers and technicians in the successful integration and test of spaceflight science instruments.

A Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required. Ten to twelve years of experience is required. Two years of supervisory experience.
