We are currently searching for Technology Manager, Infrastructure with our Shared Services organization.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Close coordination of technology infrastructure services is required for effective service to Shared Services customers and utilization of resources. This role will be responsible for managing and improving operational support for existing services and expansion of the portfolio as new services are transitioned from project status to operations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage team delivering infrastructure support including messaging, web services, intrusion prevention, collaborative tools, service desk, desktops and local infrastructure for Davidson and Montvale
Improve support processes to meet the expectations of existing customers and to provide scalability and creditability for future expansion. Use metrics effectively to quantify progress
Collaborate with the infrastructure services program manager and sector stakeholders to identify and establish new services to add value
Participate actively in corporate-led initiatives to identify technology standards and strategy.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelors degree
Process improvement experience
Customer focus
Technical aptitude
Facility with matrix relationships
Minimum 5 to 10 years experience
