Responsibilities include:Learn and help administer all aspect of NFM?s Quality System, (ISO 9001-2000)Returned Goods AuthorizationVendor Quality IssuesCustomer ComplaintsInternal AuditsIncoming QCQuality System (QS) documentation, Certificate of Compliances, plotting of appropriate QS monitoring graphs, and etc. Responsible to learn all aspects and details of NFM Quality System, whereas you can fully assist and/or fill in for Management Representative as need be.

 

Manufacturing Efficiency responsibilities include:Regular manufacturing station checks i.e.:ProductionQualitySafetyProper documentation of QS  paperwork by each operatorFully learn and understand all aspects of NFM manufacturing.Study and analyze labor efficiencies to insure we are meeting labor times and in coordination with Factory Mgr., make suggestions and improved efficiency changes to meet or exceed costed manufacturing timesAssist in Engineering Master layouts.Learn all aspects and details of Manufacturing whereas you can fully assist and/or fill in for Factory Mgr. as need be

 

Candidate should be self motivated and have technical, manufacturing, and/or quality control education and/or experience. Good time management, people skills, and multi tasking skills essential.

 

Computer and MS office program experience a must.
