Implant/PVD Lead of Leads

As an Implant/PVD Lead of Leads for IM Flash Technologies, you will be responsible for directing the Implant/PVD Lead Engineers, Shift Engineers, and Technicians in sustaining/improvement efforts for yield and equipment performance.  You will also be responsible for the professional development and safety of the lead engineers and shift personnel and hiring activities for the shifts. In this position, you will be involved in scrap and excursion abatement; communicate process and equipment-related issues to the section manager and site team; and set daily and long-term goals and priorities and clearly communicate these to the Implant/PVD group.  Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting baseline yield and reliability issues and working with engineering and production management to plan the direction of the Fab. 



Qualified candidates will have an understanding of Statistical Process Control and have the ability to prioritize yield, performance, and reliability issues and effectively communicate these priorities to the Implant/PVD area. You must have the initiative to assume added responsibilities; make decisions; and have excellent communication and analytical skills. You should have good oral and written communication skills and the ability to objectively analyze experimental data and make sound decisions on process changes.  It is essential that you be a behavioral example by being a proactive problem solver, communicating openly, and taking responsibility. You should also be recognized as a resource by production and engineering, have good team skills, possess the ability to work on multiple tasks, and be able to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.


 


Required Education:
You must have a degree in Engineering with at least five years Semiconductor Engineering experience or have at least nine years experience as a Semiconductor Engineer.



**You will also be required to perform some level of training at the MTV (Virginia) site depending on experience.**
