Implant/PVD Process Lead

As an Implant/PVD Process Lead for IM Flash Technologies, you will be responsible for directing the Implant/PVD process owners in sustaining/improving efforts for yield and equipment performance.  You will also be responsible for the Technical and professional leadership and development of the process owners. In this position, you will work with Process Integration and Yield Analysis groups to address all yield and reliability issues. Additionally, you will work with engineering and production management to plan the direction of the Fab; maintain involvement in directing upgrades, Continuous Improvement Programs, scrap and excursion abatement, maintenance, safety and new purchases; and communicate process and equipment-related issues to the section manager and site team. This position also requires you to work with suppliers on uptime, tool problems, and defect issues and work with the Key Equipment Group to stay updated on equipment direction.



Qualified candidates will have an advanced understanding of the baseline process flow for NAND and the ability to prioritize yield, performance, and reliability issues and effectively communicate these priorities to the Implant/PVD area. You must have the initiative to assume added responsibilities, make decisions, and have excellent communication and analytical skills. You should have an understanding of Statistical Process Control, good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to objectively analyze experimental data and make sound decisions on process changes.  It is also essential that you be a behavioral example by being a proactive problem solver, communicating openly, and taking responsibility. This position also requires you to be recognized as a resource by production and engineering, have good team skills, possess the ability to work on multiple tasks; and be able to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.


 


Required Education:
You must have a degree in Engineering with at least five years Semiconductor Engineering experience or have at least nine years experience as a Semiconductor Engineer.



**You will also be required to perform some level of training at the MTV (Virginia) site depending on experience.**
