Did you know?........ The JCPenney Logistics Network consists of over 18 million square feet, and has over a 12 miles of material handling systems?

As an Industrial Engineer in the Logistics Network, you will experience firsthand how our Logistics Network handles shipments from all of the world to fuel the merchandise supply for JCPenney Stores, Internet, and Catalog.

What will you do? During this 4-month training program, you will work side by side with Field Logistic Center teams while learning the critical role our Logistic Centers play in the JCPenney Supply Chain Network.

As a valued team member, you will perform end to end project management; from project inception, option comparison, return on investment calculations, material ordering, equipment or process installation, and working with associates on the optimal use of the equipment or process.

You will also interact with Senior Managers who will mentor and coach you to success!

What Qualifications do you need? A Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering. People who succeed have strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
