Industrial or Mechanical Engineers/Lean Facilitators in Indiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma or Texas

RDI is conducting a search for Industrial or Mechanical Engineers for one of our clients in the Metal Working Industry. These positions will facilitate plant level process improvements and waste reduction efforts through the application of Lean Manufacturing techniques. Four positions are available and require relocation to either Indiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Texas.





Candidates need a minimum of 3 years experience at the manufacturing plant level and prior Lean implementation involvement.  Candidates should have a BS/IE or BS/ME and working knowledge of Lean Tools as well as the ability to coach and facilitate production and support improvement teams. Also needed is a familiarity developing and justifying capital improvement projects. Some travel is required.
