Installation Project Manager

Honeywell?Building Solutions?has a current opportunity for a Installation Project Manager in our Oklahoma City or Tulsa, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be able to draw from previous HVAC knowledge and your management experience to lead installation of various sizes. You will manage customer relationships and installations of HVAC, Security, Network, and Fire Alarm Systems. You will work in commercial environments (high rise buildings, airports, corporate campus) as well as institutional environments, schools, hospitals in both new construction and retrofit projects. As project manager for installation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation, as well as creating and managing project schedules, financial plans, implementation and staffing plans.

Key Responsibility:

?

Coordinate, plan, schedule in detail the projects implementation schedule and financial plan.

Work with other Honeywell teams to prepare RFP responses for cost and implementation.

Plan, schedule and coordinate the activities of electrical, mechanical, network, and engineering subcontractors in a rapidly changing project environment.

Must be process drive with knowledge of labor laws, construction contracts, construction administration,?and be familiar with the construction dispute resolution process.

Manager to contract documents written scope of work to insure customer satisfaction.

Anticipate, recognize and negotiate changes from documented scope of work.

Basic Qualification:

?

Minimum BA/BS Degree

Minimum 5 years Project Management Experience

Minimum 3 years HVAC and?controls experience?

Additional Qualifications:

?

Profit and Loss management (P&L)

HVAC, alarms, controls, fire systems experience

Engineering Degree or Construction Management

Strong Excel, Microsoft and Powerpoint

Honeywell X5000/ WEBI- HW Security System

Must be able to secure a Security Clearance

Job Scheduling and Planning experience

Knowledge of OSHA and Construstion Labor Laws
