CDI Engineering, a division of CDI Corporation, is aggressively searching for I/E Designers to perform Instrument/Electrical design work at our client site in La Place, LA.

Microstation experience required
10-20 years experience in electrical and instrumentation design.
Ability to understand process and project objectives.
Provide front-end loading and design support for small (typically <$250,000) capital and cost projects for the plant.
Develop written scopes of work and estimates for these projects.
Assemble design packages for approval.
Work with engineers to recommend cost-effective solutions for designs.
Work with E&I foremen and technicians on equipment installation and troubleshooting.
