The Mission Ownership and Analysis Directorate (MOAD) is made up of several disciplines whose main objective is to influence hardware and systems early in their life cycle to assure effective operation, reliability, maintainability and economical ownership by the customer and end user. Additionally, MOAD is responsible for providing both local and field level support for globally fielded system.


Integrated Logistics Engineer I ?

The Integrated Logistics Engineer (ILE) performs detailed supportability analyses of various product lines and develops, enters and maintains all Logistics Management Information (LMI). The ILE must also determine and maintain the appropriate level of maintenance, the necessary assets, tools and support equipment for each supportability task. The ILE is responsible for the creation and maintenance of provisioning data necessary to support all maintenance tasks. The ILE may become involved in Spares Engineering, Display Aided Maintenance (DAM) and participate in product validations. Integrated Logistics engineers interface with both internal and external customers as well as attend and brief working groups, Program Design Reviews, and Technical Interface Meetings.


Basic Qualifications

- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering curriculum


- GPA of 3.0 or higher


Desired Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills


- Customer focus and collaboration skills



- Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of MS Office or other presentation tools

- Prepare presentations and brief personnel.

- Possess previous internship or co-op with a defense contractor and/or government agency.

- Communicate effectively; both oral and written.

- Ability to influence product design to optimize product supportability.

- Familiarity with associated Military and Commercial supportability Standards and Practices.

- Review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance with existing standards.

- Identify concerns, suggest solutions, and follow through to closure.

- Use database applications.

- Prior military service operating and/or maintaining various defense systems.
