Integration Engineer- DRAM

As an Integration Engineer in Micron's Manassas, Virginia site, you will be responsible for the module development and optimization of the next generation 300mm processes. You will also be responsible for determining yield (fab, probe, final test) and reliability issues pertaining to the module and working with process areas to design a solution.  This position will interface with process sections, YE, product engineering, and quality assurance to address any module related performance issues, design and execute roadmaps for evaluating and qualifying advanced processes in the module.  Will also be monitoring the day to day processing through the module to assure quality of the processing (setting effective monitor/control methods, evaluation of xsections, review of inline metro data)



Qualified candidates will posses a strong background in semiconductor processing, a clear understanding of electrical device parameters, solid knowledge of process flows and the process interactions.  Have experience in troubleshooting and optimizing a semiconductor process flow.  Excellent data extraction and analysis abilities.  Good communication and organizational skills are critical. This individual must have the ability to work effectively with multiple groups.  Knowledge of E-Test and reliability are also desirable. Must have good understanding of the probe, backend, and reliability tests and their relation to the process. 



Education:
Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physics or Science and 1-3 years of integration experience in semiconductor industry.
