Responsible for driving all aspects of voice and data telecommunications as it pertains to the delivery of Contact Solutions? Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications.

 

ResponsibilitiesDesign of LD and Local Telecom systems and infrastructure DS1/DS3 provisioning, management and monitoring Long distance, local and toll-free management 800 number provisioning and management Advanced carrier features Carrier vendor management Tekelec and Harris switch management Multiplexer management Call center, IVR, ACD, CTI and PBX experience Intervoice IVR?s

 

Qualifications & ExperienceExperienced telecom/call center engineer Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5+ years experience managing IT or telecommunications projects Experienced user of Excel, Visio and Microsoft Project Experience integrating solutions with various call center technologies: CTI, CRM, ACD Previous experience with Intervoice IVR systems desired BS Degree or equivalent experience
